Submit FORM‑I along with: an attested CNIC copy, domicile (if applicable), academic certificates, two recent passport‑size photos, an original Police Character Certificate, a medical‑fitness certificate, proof of training/experience, a recommendation letter from a registered tour operator, the treasury‑challan fee receipt, and a signed affidavit

Submit online application with route map, team passports, insurance, licensed guide details, and pay fees. Apply 30 days before expedition.
